Minimize the time you spend on maintaining your pool by outsourcing tasks such as spring commissioning or winter preparation to professionals. For spring and autumn, you can order ready‑made service packages that include all typical inspections and maintenance tasks for the season.
If you wish, we can also create a customized seasonal maintenance agreement that includes a set number of service visits during the season. Naturally, you can also order additional individual services — such as sand replacement for the filter or the installation of a new pump.
Every pool is different, and the characteristics of each site may affect the final pricing. Consumables, materials, travel costs and any additional work requested by the customer are billed separately.

Spring Maintenance – from €275

Spring maintenance ensures your pool is in top shape right from the beginning of the swimming season. In addition to the standard commissioning tasks, we inspect your pool equipment and assess any maintenance needs. The work is carried out in two stages: before and after filling the pool.
Spring maintenance includes:
Stage 1: Preparations
- Reconnecting the piping and valves
- Removing debris from the pool

Stage 2: Pool Startup
- Starting up the filtration system
- Measuring chlorine and pH levels

Autumn Maintenance – from €375

When the swimming season ends, the pool and its equipment must be prepared correctly for winter to avoid damage caused by freezing and to ensure an easy start-up in spring.
During autumn maintenance, we also assess the equipment condition so any necessary repairs can be carried out well in advance.
Autumn maintenance includes:
- Reducing chlorine level to zero
- Draining the pool and removing debris
- Draining the piping, circulation system and equipment room
- Preparing the sand filter for winter
- For pools with an automatic dosing system: removing sensors and placing them in winter storage fluid
- Draining the flow chamber
- Cutting power from the control unit (except frost protection if present)
- Assessing maintenance needs for the next spring

Full‑service seasonal maintenance
From €400 per season
The content of a full‑service agreement is tailored individually to the customer’s needs. Whether you are a private pool owner, a housing association or a property manager, there is no easier way to keep your pool in perfect condition. A typical seasonal service includes 2–4 small maintenance visits.
Example of a small maintenance visit:
- Measuring and recording water values
- Adding chemicals (chlorine and acid)
- Inspecting and calibrating chemical controllers
- Cleaning pump and skimmer pre-filters
- Checking water level controller
- Visual equipment inspection and assessing maintenance needs
- Filling in the maintenance log

Automatic Chemical Dosing

Measuring chlorine and pH levels and adjusting them correctly is essential for maintaining high-quality and comfortable pool water. This routine task can be automated with an automatic dosing system.
The system continuously monitors chlorine and pH levels and doses chemicals as needed. It uses the same professional‑grade liquid chemicals as public swimming pools: sodium hypochlorite and sulfuric acid.
The system can be installed in most pools. A dry, protected and frost‑free equipment room is required.
Example installation package
- Aseko ASIN chemical controller (chlorine and pH sensors included)
- Also available as a .NET model with network connectivity.
- Necessary hoses and fittings
- Calibration liquids
- Spill containment tray for chlorine and acid
- Installation and calibration, including electrical work
Sand Replacement – from €210
Price does not include travel time or mileage.
Sand filtration is the most important factor in keeping pool water clear. Therefore, the purity of the quartz sand inside the filter is crucial. The recommended replacement interval is every 4–5 years.
By ordering sand replacement from us, you avoid emptying the filter yourself and handling heavy sand bags.
Sand replacement includes:
- Removing the old sand
- Filling the filter with new sand
- Rinsing the new sand with backwash
- Removing and disposing of the old sand if needed
The starting price includes up to 75 kg of sand. Additional sand for larger filters is billed separately.

Other Maintenance and Installation Services
Our service offering is not limited to maintenance packages. Upon request, we also carry out additional maintenance, installation, and repair work. These services can be performed for an extra fee alongside scheduled maintenance packages or as separate service visits.
Examples of additional services:
- Installation of pool pumps, heat pumps and other equipment
- Retrofitting pool covers or enclosures (when possible at the site)
- Washing the waterline and vacuuming the pool
- Adding chemicals as needed
- Replacing pH or chlorine sensors
